By commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to all of the below unless exceptions have been agreed upon in private conversation during the commission process.

I may reject your commission if I feel like it is not within my ability to complete it
You may not resell my artwork, use it commercially, or for the commission of a commercial project unless we have discussed and agreed on this usage
You may not claim my artwork as your own, trace, or heavily reference and claim it to be your own.
I will not start a commission until I have received payment in full.
Extra may be charged for any major changes to the concept agreed on after sketch confirmation process
Layered or .PSD files will not be given, finished work will be sent as .PNG files.
I retain the rights to my work, meaning that I am free to use it for posting. i.e Instagram, youtube, streams
There is NO DEADLINE. it may take up to or over a month after the sketch confirmation for the commission to be finished. So commission me at your own risk
NO REFUNDS are allowed after the sketch confirmation process.
